Chubby and Juicy enter three-way TLC title fight at AWF Overdrive XIII
AWF Overdrive XIII just became a lot more dangerous.
Following Saturday night’s AWF Collateral Damage event in Phoenix, a three-way Tables, Ladders and Chairs match was announced for the AWF Tag Team Championships.
The reigning champions, Lights, Camera, Faction — Frescomatic and Watson — will defend against Aerospace and the newly formed powerhouse combination of Chubby Depp and Juicy Finau on Saturday, Aug. 29.
Aerospace, represented by Cosmo Orion and GMO Kaminari, brings speed, athleticism and a willingness to take risks. Those qualities could make the duo particularly dangerous once ladders enter the equation.
On the other side stands Chubby and Juicy, a pairing of two former AWF heavyweight champions who may present the biggest physical threat in the match. The question isn’t whether Depp and Finau can overpower the competition. It’s whether the two strong personalities can remain on the same page long enough to leave with the championships.
That leaves Frescomatic and Watson surrounded by two very different threats. Lights, Camera, Faction won’t need to be pinned or submitted to lose the titles. With three teams, tables, ladders and chairs all in play, one opening could end their championship reign.
Chubby was already preparing for Overdrive before battling Rap & Roll in a handicap match at Collateral Damage. Now, he and Juicy have learned exactly what awaits them at AWF’s biggest event of the summer.

AWF Overdrive XIII takes place Saturday, Aug. 29, at Bull Shooters in Phoenix. The event begins at 7 p.m.
